Use the Primary Record Progressive Web App

Primary Record is currently only available on desktop and mobile browsers. A mobile app is not yet available.

When using Primary Record on a mobile device, you can download the Progressive Web App to your home screen (just like a downloadable app) so that you can quickly open the app in the future. This allows for quick changes based on feedback from you, our customer. 

For iOS devices

1. On a mobile browser, go to Primary Record.
2.  At the bottom right, tap the share icon.
3. Scroll down, and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. Confirm the name for the icon.
5. Tap Add.

For Android devices

1. On a mobile browser, go to Primary Record.
2. At the top right, tap the More icon.
3. Scroll down, and tap Add to Home screen.
   • Install onto your Home screen: Tap Install > Install.
   • Create a shortcut to the browser page from the Home screen: Tap Create shortcut > Confirm the name for the shortcut > Tap Add.
