What information the Chat Assistant accesses
With the Chat Assistant in Primary Record, you can ask questions and get answers about health information and records directly from the relevant Medical Profile.
The Chat Assistant can only access information that’s in the Medical Profile, like uploaded files, data downloaded from patient portals, and other information that you’ve entered or connected.
Questions you can ask the Primary Record Assistant
You can also ask the Chat Assistant to help summarize your appointments, prepare for your next doctor’s visit, or explain your test results and medications.
Important: Whenever you ask a question to the Chat Assistant, only you can view the responses, even if you’re asking about a client or Medical Profile that you’re managing.
