    • 🆕 When creating an account, users will now be asked what their intent is when signing up for Primary Record. We do this so that we can better communicate tips and suggestions with users and their goals for using Primary Record.
  • Medical Profile
    • 🐛 We have Increased the number of patient portals returned in results so that large numbers of results for searches like New York do not cut off all possible options on scroll.
    • 🐛 We fixed issues with Care Team contacts not showing the business or provider on the summary report.
    • ♻️ To improve usability, we use the file name by default for the name of the file uploaded to simplify the process of uploading.
    • ♻️ We added an option to remove yourself as collaborator from the permission screen so that users didn’t have to learn that the option was under the More option on the profile.

💡 We’re committed to customer success and simplifying medical information for individuals, families, and agencies that support them. If you don’t find what you are looking for, please let us know at support@primaryrecord.com or (317) 210-0644.
