- Medical Profile
- đ All files attached to existing and future notes are now available for reference in the Chat Assistant.
- đ The ability to upload more than one file at a time was added making it much easier to quickly get started with all a users medical documents. In just two steps, the user can upload documents and then begin using the Chat Assistant to ask questions and present the full story.
- đ When the Files resources was added to the medical profile, it only accepted some image and text formatted documents like PNG and PDF. With this release, the applicaiton accepts and processes up to 70 new document types, most notably all the Microsoft Office types (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). See the full list in the Help Center
- đ Users can now leave messages in the activity feed for all those collaborators to stay up-to-date. Messages can be added to one or many profiles by selecting the filter at the top of the page prior to writing the message. <aside> đĄ Receiving alerts and notifications for messages and other activity is an initiative on our near-term roadmap. Stay tuned. </aside>
- đ When adding an insurance care team record, the first and last name are no longer requirement. Most users wanted to just list the carrier (Aetna, Humana, Elevance, etc.)
- đ After updating a collaborators permission, the application wasnât refreshing the most current set without reloading the page. The user will now see the permissions update immediately after updating.
- đ The Add Note button was missing in Labs. This was turned back on.
- đ After loading files to a new folder the helpful tip wasnât going away. This made it confusing to users as some didnât see their files after uploading. This has been resolved.
- đ The date listed with Procedures was updated to represent the date of the procedure rather than the date the procedure added.
- â»ïžÂ The user experience for adding or linking items to a medication or condition was improved by removing the search bar when no items were available to filter or search. This helps focus the user on the primary action of clicking the option to add or link an item.
- â»ïžÂ When deleting a connected patient portal, users were taken back to the profile rather than the list of connected portals they were managing. This has been resolved for better user experience by reducing unnecessary navigation.
