When you delete a Medical Profile, you’ll lose the information that’s on the profile. If you do not want to lose this information, you may transfer ownership of the Medical Profile to another adult user.
- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Profiles > Choose the Medical Profile you want to delete.
- On the left side, click Profile info > More > Delete profile.
- Click Yes, Delete this profile.
