    • šŸ›Ā Resolved an issue with navigating back from the details of medication or condition that took the user to the profiles screen rather than the category of medications or conditions.
    • šŸ›Ā Resolved an issue that allowed users to delete a connected patient portal to be deleted during a refresh of the data.
    • šŸ†•Ā The user will only have the option to fill in an end date for a condition if the status is Active (eg. Inactive, ruled out, resolved)
