To get notified about your messages or activity in Primary Record, you can turn on notifications in your account preferences. When you turn on notifications, Primary Record will send you emails whenever you get a message about a Medical Profile, or someone comments on an activity or a note.
Important: You can adjust notification preferences to each Medical Profile.
Change notifications
- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Account > Preferences.
- Check or uncheck the box next to which notification you want to receive:
- Profile message
- Activity comment
- Note comment
