This gives all users access to the new profile components like Files, Labs, Vaccinations, Procedures, and Imaging. This also includes the AI Chat feature that is currently in Beta.

  • Medical Profile
    • 🆕 AI Chat to ask questions of each medical profile like;
      • What happened with our medications in January of this year?
      • What kind of side effects should I look for with my mom’s new medication?
    • 🆕 PDF, text, audio, and image files can now be loaded to a medical profile. All files are then made searchable and able to be accessed by the AI Chat.
      • Images are processed to extract text (OCR) and then a AI summary is created. Users can snap pictures of prescriptions or discharge paperwork and be able to search that content later.
      • Text and PDF documents are processed and made searchable with an AI summary. Upload your online research, legal documents, receipts, etc.
      • Audio files are transcribed, summarized, and have an AI summary created. In addition, they can be played back in the application to hear the full context of the conversation. This is great for doctor’s office visits.
    • 🆕 Labs gathered by the patient portal integration have been added to the profile. This allows users to see the latest collections of labs by date, and quickly look up the latest value of a lab by name. Each lab details view has a historical trend created from data that is potentially from different healthcare systems.
    • 🆕 Vaccinations are added to the medical profile. They roll up similar vaccinations across multiple sources into one simple list.
    • 🆕 Procedures are now represented in the medical profile. Procedures are sometimes related to visits but having them separated helps users identify those important milestones.
    • 🆕 Imaging studies like CT scans and X-rays, if present in the EHR system, are now presented in the medical profile. The actual files are not added but the user can see when and where the latest image study was done.
