    • 🆕 Copy a note to a different profile: Before this release, users who moved or created a note on a profile were restricted from moving that same note to another profile due to concerns that there could be comments and discussions with that note that wasn’t meant to be seen across profiles. However, we recognized that some users have expressed the need to copy the note to another profile because it was accidentally added to the wrong profile or the note applies to multiple profiles. Users can now copy a note to a new profile by clicking on the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. The note and contents will be copied, but the conversation will be removed.
    • 🆕 Share unused profiles: Users who have subscribed to the family plan and find they don’t need all six profiles can now share the family subscription for a profile with someone else via email. This helps families get the most from their subscription and help others who could benefit from using the premium services of Primary Record for their benefit.
  • Medical Profile
    • 🆕 URL field for Care Team profiles: Users can now add a URL link to the Care Team profile, making it easier to reference more details without having to search.
    • 🆕 Summary Report: This new report summarizes all the components of a medical profile in one PDF. The report lists all active medications, conditions, allergies, and visits across multiple connected patient portals and information added by the family manually. This is designed to help the family communicate a full story while transitioning in healthcare.
    • 🆕 Sharing a link to a report: One of the most useful features yet allows profile organizers to generate a link and QR code to a report to share it. When a user clicks the link in an email or scans the QR code with a mobile phone, the report is recreated at that moment, delivering all the most current medical profile information. This helps ensure that when someone requests a report, it is as complete and current as the information stored in the Primary Record.
    • 🆕 Care Team section notes: Before the release, users could save contextual notes in the medications, conditions, allergies, and visits section but not the care team section. Now, users can save general notes to help organizers and collaborators needing additional context for all the care team members. This could be instructions or a care plan that an organizer would like those with access to the care team to have.
    • 🐛 A bug was fixed that prevented users from seeing some active providers when creating or editing a visits details.
