You can uninstall the Primary Record shortcuts by deleting the apps from your Home screen. Deleting the shortcuts won’t delete your Primary Record account.
For iOS devices
- On your Home Screen, go to your Primary Record shortcut.
- Tap and hold the icon.
- Tap Delete Bookmark > Delete.
For Android devices
- On your Home Screen, go to your Primary Record shortcut.
- Tap and drag your icon to the top of the screen to Uninstall.
- Tap OK.
