View a client’s history or activity

You can view a client’s history or activity in Primary Record through the activity tab.

See all activity 

  1. On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
  2. Click Clients > Click the checkbox at the very top of the list of all clients.
  3. Click Activity.
  4. You’ll see all the activity and history for your clients.

See activity for a specific client

  1. On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
  2. Click Clients > Choose the client for whom you want to see their activity.
  3. The main view is the list of their activity.
