You can view a client’s history or activity in Primary Record through the activity tab.
See all activity
- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Clients > Click the checkbox at the very top of the list of all clients.
- Click Activity.
- You’ll see all the activity and history for your clients.
See activity for a specific client
- On a mobile device or computer, open a browser, and sign into Primary Record.
- Click Clients > Choose the client for whom you want to see their activity.
- The main view is the list of their activity.
